These are undeniably my most beloved experiences. Traveling and exploring new places with wonderful couples!
Regarding the workflow, destination weddings adhere to the same structure as traditional weddings, albeit in a different setting.
When it comes to photography & video, there's added flexibility in what I can offer. Some couples choose to schedule their post-wedding photoshoot for the day after the ceremony, typically during sunset. This allows them to maximize their time with family and friends on their wedding day. I'm in no rush to leave, so I'm more than willing to venture a bit and capture some breathtaking shots in unique locations!
If you've already been to the location, please don't hesitate to share any location suggestions, and we can build our plan from there. I'm more than willing to travel around to capture the perfect shots!
If you're contemplating an adventurous hike, a helicopter ride, or any other exciting ideas, count me in 100%! I want to ensure that this process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
For transparency's sake, our rates for destination weddings are identical to our rates for local weddings. Additionally, the day-after photoshoot is offered at no additional cost, as it can significantly alleviate the stress of the wedding day.

Travel & Accommodation Information
Clients Will Cover For:
3 nights stay lodging (2 nights prior to the event and the night of the event). If you’d like for us to stay the following day to capture more of the intimate moments with family, we’d love to be part of that as well!
This will be an added cost on top of the package that you decide on booking with us. If there are some additional request, please reach out to us and we’ll happily go over your ideal wedding package!
We Will Cover For:
Round Trip ticket to the destination area.
Rental Car or Taxis / Gas / Tolls / Meals
Anything that is stated above we will purchase out of our own funds at no extra charge to you! We’re traveling for YOUR special day to celebrate with your family and friends, so this is the least that we can do!
Details:
We’ll arrive at the destination area 1 or 2 days prior to the wedding.
(i.e. A Saturday wedding would be a Friday arrival.)
In the event there are unforeseen circumstances or delays while traveling, an extra day to travel is there as backup.
We would stay until Sunday or Monday morning – unless we plan on doing a session the next day for those family intimate moments.
Typically, I will be doing a bit of traveling around the area to find and give you our perspective on some photo locations.
